OK, I am staying here from now on whenever I have to fly out of Gatwick! Laura and Dan were such amazing hosts. Not only did Laura cheerfully offer to pick me up and drop me off at the airport for less than an Uber would've cost, and she kept me totally apprised at every step of the way about where to meet and timing, she also helped me to arrange delivery of delicious Chinese food for my dinner and assisted me with drying my clothes after I had a bit of a hiccup with the washing machine provided in the unit. (And what a thoughtful amenity for someone who has been traveling for 2 weeks to have a washer/dryer in the unit!) I loved meeting their two friendly Rottweilers as well. The dogs would come by and visit me when I was out on the lovely little patio, which I greatly appreciated having and especially the fact I was allowed to smoke and an ashtray and cute little seating area were provided. Hosts were readily available but never intrusive. The unit has everything a solo traveler could possibly want: fridge, kettle and a whole little kitchenette really, glasses, mugs, dishes and silverware included. Milk in the fridge and coffee, tea and sugar plus some other unexpected sundries like jam and peanut butter. Plenty of outlets for charging and a separate portable clicker for the lights! The bed was really comfy. There is a separate seating area with TV and you can log into your Netflix. Bathroom features a luxurious shower. The entire unit is just sparkling clean and they've paid attention to every single detail. Walking distance to a convenience store, pubs and restaurants. I was only there overnight before my flight, but would love to stay even longer!

Located between Guildford and Woking Hillside Farm Barn offers Hotel style luxury in a peaceful and quiet countryside setting. Just amazing! Couldn’t recommend more - everything you could need with the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept on. Nigel is the perfect host with perfect communication. Can’t wait to come back!

Property was clean, tastefully decorated, snacks and drinks left in the kitchen, plus milk and tea and coffee. Board games for the children and the internet was easy to access. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen as everything you need. 20m across the road where a row of shops which include many restaurants. Perfect location. The owners give clear instructions for check in. Can’t fault it had a lovely stay. Thank you so much!

They paid attention to the little things and it was well appointed. We stayed in four different accommodations while on our summer 2024 vacation. This one is the BEST we stayed in.

I liked the two TVs in the two rooms and we as a family really enjoyed the Olympics on these TVs. The cooking area and utensils were sufficient and one can easily avoid restaurant food and cook indoors.
