Tea, coffee facilities were great, always love it when there’s fresh milk to use. Communication with them was great too. Will definitely return

The location was excellent, with easy access to everything and very central. Clear instructions to apartment and parking, very tidy, clean, lovely place to stay. Nice hot, strong shower. I highly recommend it.

The location was ideal, situated within walking distance of Harrogate's charming town center, parks, and local attractions. This made it incredibly convenient to explore the area without needing to rely on any type of transportation. The hosts were exceptionally helpful and offered excellent recommendations for local restaurants and activities, making our stay even more enjoyable. Their hospitality truly enhanced our experience, and we left feeling both refreshed and eager to return. If you're planning a visit to Harrogate, this place is a fantastic choice for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Lovely building, and great rooms. The owner was very helpful and even went above and beyond to decorate the room for my partner's birthday. I very much appreciate your efforts. Richard and Vicky seem to have thought of everything in this hi spec renovated property..clean, cosy, comfortable, fantastic village location where you can walk into the dales-they even provide the OS map to encourage exploration! Everything works as it should and we enjoyed complimentary crumpets and beautiful roses to look at even at this time of year. Thank you guys, your passion for this property and community is clearly evident.
