Literally a couple of minutes stroll and you are in the historic part, and 10 minutes walk, you're in the more modern, lively areas. Can't recommend this property enough, works so well for exploring Lincoln, parked the car on the first day, and didn't use it again until we reluctantly left to come home.........

Decorated to a very high standard and spotlessly clean.sean was an amazing host answering all my questions and managed to get us checked in earlier.location just over thr road from the beautiful beach and a short wall into town. Can't wait to go back

The views were stunning, perfect area to take children an your dogs. The tv had all the channels an Netflix an stuff so my son was very happy. Seriously there was not one thing I would have change. Beautiful stay, will definitely return. Thank you 🥰
