We had an absolutely wonderful 2-day stay at Longsdale House Luxury Apartments in Ulverston. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The apartment was immaculate, beautifully furnished, and equipped with every amenity we could need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was impressive – from the cozy bedding to the thoughtful touches like complimentary toiletries and a well-stocked kitchen. The living space was spacious yet cozy, making it ideal for both relaxing and spending quality family time. The location was perfect for exploring the Lake District, with easy access to local attractions while still being tucked away in a peaceful, charming area. Parking was convenient, and the surrounding views added to the overall experience. We traveled with kids and a pregnant family member, and the apartment’s comfort and accessibility made it a stress-free and enjoyable experience for everyone. We highly recommend Longsdale House Luxury Apartments to anyone looking for a luxurious yet homely getaway in Ulverston. We can’t wait to return!

It was very clean and overall cosy. Directly in the middle of Bowness. Would recommend staying here any time. We're definitely coming back here. :)

Super clean, all new, and fully equipped for two people to live there. Cooking utensils, plates, cleaning products. The bedroom was huge, with one of those beds you melt in. It also was in a great spot in town. It was perfect for our getaway from London.

Beautiful, clean property with everything you need. All the little things were really thought about and it was the perfect stay!

The cottage is absolutely lovely. It has a great kitchen with everything you need to be self catering. The living room has a comfortable space in which to relax. The bed was very comfortable with a skylight cover which was great! It enables you to block out the light when the sun rises at 4:30 in the morning. The bathroom is amazing with a big shower. There was a very effective fan in the cottage which was really wonderful since we had pretty warm days and it helped to cool down the space. The entire cottage has been artfully decorated and was spotlessly clean. There is interesting lighting throughout the space. There is a small outer area with a table that is fenced in if you had a dog. The cottage is off the Main Street so it was very quiet but just minutes from the main part of town so easy walking to trailheads, shopping and restaurants. There is a small grocery store within a few minutes walk. There was parking available within a reasonable distance of the cottage. The owners were very responsive to our questions.

The accommodation was exceptionally clean with excellent facilities. A shower and toilet to each room, plenty of hanging space for clothes. A very well thought out property which meant our stay was very enjoyable. Great central location, did both the steep hill and the more gentle route back to the property. The gentler route was definitely more of a hit with my Mum! We would definitely return should we visit the area in the future.
