Me and my son loved this place, the owners are lovely, beautiful surroundings in the country side, our dog had a lot of fun exploring our own pet friendly garden which is all enclosed to each lodge privately, the hot tub was amazing and even though it rained here and there…we were able to still use as it’s got a roof to keep u protected, they even left us a little valentines card on arrival, plenty of extras u can get and great prices, no need to take wood as there is wood to buy at the lodge and not expensive at all, the fire pit is also lovely, my fave part at night, they also supply a separate bbq, we never used due to the time of year, highly recommend “the pub” (actual name) only 15 min drive and good prices if u fancy a meal out, our favourite trip so far and we’ve done glamping trips before, can’t wait to return, highly recommend :)

The Pond Lodges Barstobrick asub Ringfordis, 39 km kaugusel Dumfriesi ja Galloway golfiklubist ning 41 km kaugusel Dumfriesi ja County golfiklubist. These beautifully designed tiny houses were perfect! Great views with lots of wildlife and walks nearby. We ordered the breakfast hampers each morning and they were delicious. There are 7 little cabins and they are great for any kind of trip. The Alder cabin also has a hot tub which was an added bonus! Elen was very responsive and incredibly helpful!

Lodge Cabin with Fabulous Views - Farm Holiday asub Stranraeris. Majutusasutusest avaneb vaade aiale. I had an absolutely delightful stay at the log cabin. Ian and Kay proved to be exceptional hosts, going the extra mile to ensure our comfort. Ian even paid us a visit shortly after our arrival, ensuring that everything was to our satisfaction and providing clear guidance on how to reach him should we require any assistance. The seclusion of these cabins is nothing short of perfect, offering serene views of the sea, with the added bonus of glimpses of Belfast's city lights twinkling in the distance during the night. The west-facing position of the cabins is a true highlight, providing us with breathtaking sunsets that felt like a daily gift from nature. What truly impressed me was the thoughtful attention to detail within the cabins themselves. They were equipped with everything one could possibly need, from reliable WIFI for staying connected to modern hot showers that added a touch of luxury to the rustic charm of the log cabin experience. In summary, my stay at this log cabin was a wonderful escape from the everyday hustle and bustle, thanks to the warm hospitality of Ian and Kay, the idyllic setting, and the well-appointed cabins. I can't wait to return for another dose of tranquility and those stunning sunsets. Highly recommended!

Staff were really friendly and accommodating, the bed was really comfortable, the room was really spacious and the shared kitchen space had everything you need and was very clean

Quay Head View Aparthotel pakub majutust Stranraeris. Portpatrick on 9,6 km kaugusel. WiFi-ühendus on tasuta. Kõikides majutusruumides on lameekraaniga televiisor. We booked a self-catering apartment for 7 days & we had the most wonderful time visiting places from our hub in Stranraer. The apartment was so well set up with everything you could possibly need - having a half fridge & small freezer was brilliant and the local supermarket was within walking distance. There was also a petrol station close by. Nothing was too much trouble. There is a huge free open carpark across the street, there were 2 ferry ports for our day trips, there is an elevator, great free wifi and excellent security. All of the apartments are wheelchair accessible too. We were warmly welcomed by the owner Colin and Margaret, her husband and her colleagues looked after us if there was anything we needed or wanted to know. Excellent value and definitely a place we would book again if we ever come back to Scotland. We have no problem recommending this as a fabulous place to stay and, in our 6 weeks driving around Scotland, we can honestly say it was the best.
