Seaside guest house a stone's throw from the beach, a property with a garden, is set in Dawlish, 2.4 km from Teignmouth Town Beach, 2.7 km from Red Rock Beach, as well as 12 km from Newton Abbot... A lovely little studio with nicely stocked facilities. The sheets were lovely and soft, the bed very comfortable. There was a TV which we used to snuggle and watch a film on in the evening as it had Netflix access (may have also had others, we didn't check past Netflix). Everything was very clean and I always got a quick response if I needed help. Also, the scones, jam and cream in the fridge was a lovely surprise. I couldn't recommend this little place enough.

Situato a circa 2,5 km dallo stadio di rugby Sandy Park, il River Retreat Apartment Exeter offre una vista sul giardino, una terrazza e un bollitore. The apartment was spacious, clean and well appointed. A welcome packet of biscuits as well as tea, coffee and milk were waiting for us. The bed was very comfortable, as was the sofa in the lounge. The towels were nice and large. We were met by the host and given a quick tour but, had she not been available, the keys were in a lock box and there was a list of need to know information in the lounge waiting for us. The river view was great and it was relaxing to watch the swans and ducks on the river. If I need to return to the area, this will be my go to place to stay as it really was lovely.

Perfect little flat for a short stay in Teignmouth - we squeezed 3 adults in just fine for one night, or would be perfect for a couple with a child. The flat was beautiful and so homey, with teabags, milk, shampoo - Karen went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! We know Teignmouth very well, and this location right by the Arts Quarter is wonderful, just a short walk from both beaches and all of Teignmouth's great pubs and cafes.
