Flat was great location . Spacious and clean.Garry was great at communicating if we had any issues.First class host The artwork of Arbroath on walls was fascinating. View of sea and cliff is only from Upper bedroom . Lovely area and cliff walk 8 miles is brilliant. Best places to see a sunrise as well. Close to shops and great base for travelling the area . We had good weather which was lucky .

Information leaflet was really helpful and Becky & Max were excellent hosts who "bent over backwards" to help. For example, when I was unable to work out how to operate the heating, Max was round within five minutes to explain it to me.

The property was clean and modern, and was fully equipped with kitchen utensils, cleaning materials, and in the bathroom, we found shampoo and other toiletries. As we were travelling with hand luggage only, this was an absolute bonus for us. Very comfortable beds.
