He does not speak much English but is was no problem at all as he used google translate on his phone is very good way. There is free parking in the street outside the building and if there is not room a large free parking lot is nearby. Also, the room had everything we needed and was perfectly clean and with a nice interior. We hope he has room for us next time we visit Épernay.

Believe the reviews…everything as advertised as Fabian and Taina exceeded all expectations by providing an outstanding apartment to call home as we explored the sights, sounds, and tastes of the Champagne region! Location smack in between Reims and Epernay could not be better; and fantastic artisanal bakery around the corner and a Lidl just a bit further could not be more convenient. I’m in the hotel business as an Ops manager for almost 1,200 rooms and the quality, cleanliness, and every attention to detail in the apartment is second to none; our Housekeeping staff could easily use this as an example of a gold standard. When you’re on vacation and you find a place that makes you think, “I could live here!”, that means you found a winner…this is definitely a winner! Unfortunately, “Summer” is booked this weekend, but we’ll be staying next door in “Autumn” and look forward to another positive experience!

Location is another huge asset, some fine champagne houses within minutes of walking distance.

We have stayed in several barn conversions but none have been as beautiful and perfect as this one! We would definitely stay there again!

Very tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean! Comfy bed with mattress topper and nice linen. Safe and secure parking in gated area with direct access to the apartment. Very nice host and great communicator 👏👏We will definitely be back!
