The owners, Sibylle and Lucas, were wonderful to deal with and the property was excellent. The bonus was that it is located over one of the best boulangeries in Annecy, and close to a number of excellent small shops (chocolaterie, fromagerie, etc etc). The areas is also very quiet and safe. The private off-street parking was only a short away and was a bonus!! Wifi was excellent. If you use the local buses, the no. 5 bus stop is only a few steps away.

Our room was changed to the outbuilding. Thank you! The flat was cozy and comfortable. There was clean and quiet. There were everything you need to cook food, and some foodmarket near. Communication with host was fast, we had detail information about flat.

Amazing accomodation, literally just cross the street and put your skis on. The sauna/jacuzzi/hamman/pool are excellent at the end of the day. Very well equipped kitchen for cooking as well. There's also free indoor parking and the possibility to order fresh bread/pastries and pick them up at the reception, which was a great surprise!

Anna, the host was kind et a wonderful communicator, available as needed. Her apartment is clean, so comfortable, quiet, warm, et very well equipped. It was a pleasure to stay there.

We had a Teams meeting at midday of the departure day. She allowed us to check out after that. She recommended also nice restaurants.
