The location is more remote, which might be what you are looking for (or not). Quiet. 20mins walking distance to the main tourist road. When back in Dahab, an easy choice to return to.

Very beautifully decorated apartment, spacious with everything you need. Easy check in and very responsive, helpful and friendly host. They even organized a transfer to and from the airport. I would definitely stay again!
