The staffs are friendly and kind, and the room has a ocean view from a balcony and window. Also there has modern interior and perfect equipments. Location is also very good and has good access for tram and mashrou3. I could find some supermarkets, cafes and San Stefano mall. I want to stay again when I come to Alexandria next time.

The apartment was very clean with a beautiful view of Miami Beach. Each bed came with a very useful toiletry pack. The bathroom was clean and it also had very good internet connection. Mahmoud (the owner) was very kind and helpful, definitely one of the best host I’ve come across. There is a a lovely clean rooftop area with tables and it’s so so beautiful.

When I came in the staff and owner greeted me and were very nice. They made sure even the smallest details were perfect. Also the owner showed me a tour of the place and every detail telling me everything I needed to know. When I first walked into my apartment it was very clean and the furniture was nice. The area was great and if you needed anything like groceries it was walking distance. Even on the walls if you didn’t know where to go it had a whole list to help you.
