This amazing apartment is located in a very fancy building, a safe area of Quito right next to restaurants and parks. Security, private, modern, fancy, and easy to check in. The landlord accepts PayPal and cash only, not credit cards. I like this apartment a lot. They have 2 huge rooms and 2 separate bathrooms too. Huge wardrobe walk-in.

Offering a garden and inner courtyard view, Suites+Arte is set in Quito, 1.3 km from El Ejido Park and 3.1 km from Sucre Theatre. The place was really clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing! They let us leave our bags in storage when we went to the Amazon. Twice we had to wait in Quito for night buses. They let us wait in the hotel after checkout which made our stay so much more comfortable. Would highly recommend this place!

Far exceeded my expectations. View of Quito from our apartment; spacious living quarters with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room & 1 1/2 baths; and, very clean & modern. A deluxe location and ideal place to stay. The day-to-day Managers (i.e., Paul, Joz and Leiver) met us daily to see if things were going well & if we needed anything. Literally everyday; most days twice! QHBH has an arrangement with two local guides: Carlos; and, Xavier. These dudes are awesome! If you can [go to Quito] stay at this residence and book a couple of day tours with these two fine gentleman. You will be writing a 5+ review just like I am now. Guaranteed! Also, Tony from Bogota, Columbia owns & operates an 8'ish seat Pizzeria across the street. Literally 20 feet from the Hotel front door! Best pizza we've ever had. And, Tony is a 'one-of-a-kind' in a great way!
