A recently renovated apartment in Puerto Ayora and within 600 metres of Galapagos Beach at Tortuga Bay, Alma de cedrela features a garden, comfortable allergy-free rooms and free WiFi. An extraordinary place to stay, Sophia is the best host I met in quite a while. The room is huge, clean, comfortable. At checkout I could even keep the room some longer because I had the ferry to Isabela at 3PM. Great service!

Galapagos Apartments - Bay View House is a self-catering accommodation located in Bahía de la Academia. It features a terrace and free WiFi access. San Francisco Park is 2 minutes’ walk away. We highly recommend the Bayview House. Connie the owner was friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay in the comfortable apartment that is in a good location close to the supermarket, wharf and heaps of restaurants.

Boasting free bikes and views of garden, Nelyza's Suites & Adventure is a recently renovated aparthotel situated in Puerto Ayora, 1.8 km from La Estacion Beach. This truly is a lovely place to stay. The owners are fantastic and really go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The rooms are good and spacious and there are bikes and snorkelling equipment available to use. In my book a better place to stay than a posh hotel by far.

Situated in Puerto Ayora, 1.5 km from Los Alemanes Beach and 1.5 km from Tortuga Bay, Alojamiento Villa Mar offers air conditioning. Ms Belgica was an incredible host. In addition to comfy, clean and very affordable accommodations, she provided me with a full jug of drinking water, snacks upon checkin, multiple rides around town, help with a finger injury, and helped me book multiple excellent excursions. As a solo female traveler, it makes a huge impact with me to have a safe place to stay with an engaged and helpful host. My only suggestion is bring earplugs, as the room faces a road with traffic noise.

German Home Tobias features a balcony and is located in Bahía de la Academia, within just 1.6 km of La Estacion Beach and 300 metres of Tortuga Bay. The apartment is great! High quality furniture, nicely decorated, very comfortable beds, good shower, little balcony to sit and chill. The location is near the Puerto Ayora center, but in a calm street.

A recently renovated property, Dpto independiente Puerto Ayora - Galápagos is located in Puerto Ayora near La Estacion Beach, Los Alemanes Beach and Tortuga Bay. Comfortable, secure, and nice decor. The owner (Jhonnatan) was highly responsive to all WhatsApp messages. The internet was stable and good, the shower was hot, the clothes washer was terrific, and the bed(s) were comfortable. Although about a mile from the center/port, it's an easy walk (or $2 taxi ride). There's a nice restaurant (Los Moros) literally across the street (close enough to get the home wifi while sitting in the restaurant), and there's an even better restaurant (Pinchos del Gato Mera) a few blocks away.
