The property has an outdoor dining area. the cottage was well equipped. we were 4 people and felt comfortable. good heating system! location wise it is 10 minutes drive from Assens, so in case you want to go out for dinner or get groceries, it’s a quick drive away. every little detail about this farm is amazing! you have your own little cottage, with views of fields and apple trees. there was even another closed area we were allowed access to in order to sit in and stay warm. if you visit you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about! there are also ducks around the corner, just cross the little arch passage and you’re in for some beautiful views of a pond.

Really nice apartments with all necessary facilities and equipment. Clean and well ordered. Run by a really nice couple. A perfect base from where to launch day trips to e.g. Odense (20 min by car) or Legoland (90 min by car). Placement out on the countryside was a defenitive positive for us since it meant peace and quiet, but would probably not suit someone who wants a central location.

A seating area and a flat-screen TV with DVD player in the living room complete apartments at Foldenhus Holiday. The apartments also feature a dining area, full kitchen and tiled bathroom with shower. The rooms have access to a communal kitchen. Breakfast is included for all guests. We liked everything. The location is perfect, right in the center of Bogense, and there is a designated parking spot. Our room was clean, cozy and comfortable and there was a nice kitchen next door which was great. Freddy, the host, put an American flag in front of the entrance, a nice welcome. He was so kind, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was a typical Danish spread, very nice, and we ate upstairs in a beautiful room filled with sunlight. The very best thing for us at this property was to be able to relax and enjoy the beautiful garden. Pictures below.
