A very nice apartment, comfortable and well-decorated, just right for a couple. Very kind and helpful owner who gave us a lift to the bike rental place in Lubbenau and gave us plenty of information. Lubbenau is gorgeous and perfect for walking, cycling or kayaking around the Spreewald. The open air museum in Lehde is great.

There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. the location is wonderful - on the water (though most rooms don't have a view to it), super high-level facilities, from the lights to the lawnmower robots, to the sauna and the app you book everything with. Right in the middle of Spreewald, you can rent a canoe on the spot and you are close to everything bike-related. Super quiet and peaceful, it was just what we needed.

Quiet and very charming apartment in an old building that has been renovated by the owners. Every single detail has been thought through. Small refreshment on arrival, sparkling kitchen and bathroom. The outside tables were also a nice addition, and there was WiFi access there which was good for me, since I was working. Many restaurants to choose from nearby, although in late March the hours were sometimes tricky. We stayed for several days and visited different areas by hiking and train including Lehde, Watshovska, Cottbus.

Offering barbecue facilities and river view, Lehdsche Heubuchten is set in Lehde, 37 km from Tropical Islands and 38 km from Cottbus Central Station. This was a perfect location for our active canoying trip in Spreewald. We could take kayaks offered for free by the host and enjoy discovering Lehde water canals in the evening when there was nobody around!
