Lokalita byla naprosto skvělá, centrum, metro, adventní trhy Apartmán s balkonem a do uzavřené části mezi obytné domy, nikoliv do ulice Zajištěné naprosto pohodlné parkování v podzemní garáži, za cenu běžnou. Lidé na recepci usměvaví, milí, kdy jim vše bylo normální a ve všem vyhověli. Způsobili jsme alarm signalizace při přípravě toustů :-( ani to je nerozhodilo z konceptu a vše vyřešili s nadhledem a ještě nás uklidňovali. Zažil jsem takovou situaci jako host v hotelu 2x, vždy pouze z pohledu přihlížející osoby, nikdy to nebylo takové klidné - díky za Váš přístup.

The room was super clean and very spacious. The entrance system is very handy and the staff was very helpful all the time.

Directly beside the Tiefer See lake in Potsdam, these modern apartments offer kitchens with dishwashers, free WiFi and washing/drying machines. Each apartment also features a private balcony. The location was amazing and beautiful. The space was incredible, as was the staff. The fresh sandwiches and coffee in the cafe were delicious, especially the Brie one on a croissant.

Comfortable and clean, warm. - The staff was nice and friendly. Also the cat 😺 - There was a kitchen where you can cook and have tea. Free tea and coffee in the lobby, also a selection of sweets and snacks available to buy. - comfortable bed - spacious room We loved it. And next time I will book the same hotel in Berlin

As a lone woman it was great to have three levels of security access to the room (street access, hallway and room). It added a level of safety that is welcome when I’m travelling especially in an unfamiliar neighbourhood (FYI Charlottenburg is a great area to stay in). They were incredibly understanding about my early arrival which I appreciated after having travelled 27 hours from New Zealand. I was attending Fruit Logistica which was only two stops away on the U Bahn and the station is an easy three-minute walk from the apartment. There are also supermarkets and other food outlets within walking distance. I stayed in a studio apartment on the 2nd floor which was light, clean, beautifully appointed with everything I needed for the week (and those great cleverly designed German windows). It’s probably one of the nicest studio apartments I’ve ever stayed in, and the soundproofing is great. Very little external noise. More importantly, there was direct access to a washing machine and dryer just outside the door which was fantastic and the main reason I booked the apartment since I was travelling for a few weeks (note all the buttons are in German but Google translate helped out there). I could easily wash my clothes and didn’t have to pay the astronomical rates of hotels or need to haul my laundry to somewhere else. The only thing I needed to bring was my own laundry soap which I had planned for. Having access to a washing machine and dryer is the main reason I choose to stay in various locations and this was a great positive. I’d definitely stay there again.

The property is great. Right in front of (and with a view) the amazing Werbellinsee. The kitchen has all that is necessary. The place has a good space and you also have free car parking. On the same building, there is an Italian restaurant and a place to rent solar boats (which you can drive yourself). I had great experiences on both services and can recommend. By walking distance, there is a place where you can swim. You can also find supermarkets 5 min distance by car. The internet is great! No problems at all. Kai was a great host. My german is not great, but he had patience, showed everything, and explained me all in details, repeating when I was not understanding 😄
