I arrived from the airport late at night, and the self check-in was easy and smooth. Everything in the hotel was perfect - starting from the design, to the unlimited hot drinks, the breakfast, the soft bed and the cleaning services. The room I ordered was nothing short of spectacular. I was deeply impressed with the exceptional staff, in particular Pedro and Lola, who were very kind and provided marvelous service. I would definitely recommend the hotel, and I hope to comeback someday.

Being just a three-minute walk from Zugsputze and a supermarket was such a bonus! I was pleasantly surprised by how luminous and airy the unit was, and it had all the necessary appliances. The flat offers a tranquil view of a quiet plaza and a charming park to the left. Additionally, there are beautiful woods and a river just four minutes away, providing an ideal running path for a refreshing morning jog. It truly feels like a home away from home. The staff members were incredibly responsive and unfailingly courteous. Anja and her team truly deserve a five-star rating.
