Excellent communication and beautiful accommodation. The owner is incredibly caring, and we managed to communicate in English since I don’t speak Spanish. I’m so grateful for that. Everything was absolutely perfect. Whatever we needed, we received. We were even able to do our laundry and hang it out to dry, which was amazing. We ended up extending our stay because the environment was so stunning. Surrounded by parrots, hummingbirds in the garden, and even toucans that you could see or hear—such a magical place! The people were friendly, and everything was just wonderful. On our last day, we had a flat tire, and her son kindly helped me replace it. There aren’t many people like that in the world. I’m already looking forward to coming back next year! :)

I had a spacious, clean and quiet apartment with air-conditioning and a well-equipped kitchen. Due to the central location the airbnb was close to everything and felt very safe. The owner couple is super friendly, they even picked me up at the bus station when I arrived. They were very attentive during my whole stay, but always respected my privacy.

Giselle was very warm, kind, and welcoming. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. It had a refrigerator, washing machine, and a burner to cook (with all utensils and plates). It was very close to places we needed to go in Puerto Jimenez (bus depot, supermarket, tour offices, etc). There was a very friendly hummingbird outside on the bushes right by the room.
