I had a studio on the ground floor and everything inside was exceptionally clean, modern, and functional. There is a nice little park just in front where kids and older folks play (there's gym class and board games happening) and lots of salsa music (I was there on weekends 😀). It's safe to walk around for solo women and it's a 40 min walk to reach San Antonio and the center at the night, so it's best to get the metro card. I was very impressed with my stay.

Casa Castillo Cali, a property with a garden, is located in Cali, 10 km from Pan-American Park, 12 km from Saint's Peter Cathedral, as well as 12 km from Jorge Isaacs Theater. It's located in a good area, it has plenty of restaurants and cafes around (a block or two away). It seems to have been a family house turn B&B. We took the family room, it had a nice comfy bed and it was a pretty big room. The TV has Netflix included. We didn't try the breakfast, so I can't say anything about it.
