The staff is very warm welcoming and supportive, I gave feedback that some marks in the fridge, the staff then sent a cleaner to clean it, quick response. I also like the mountain view from my room.

Great value if you travel as a group/family. The host and his staff were very helpful and attentive, not to mention the host speaks perfect English, a rarity in China.

Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Ningbo is located in the hub of the Eastern New Town of Ningbo, within walking distances to the Ningbo International Conference and Exhibition Centre and easy access to... Quite and good location, very clean and well equipped room. Great 24hr minimarket located at the serviced apartments, Great gym and swimming pool.

The property is situated 700 metres from West Lake and featuring lake views. Spacious apartments come with kitchenette, washing machine and free wired internet. The only problem we had was language barrier. Other than that it was excellent. The staff was great, the room is spacious n clean, I would say a perfect stay if we could understand everything easily.
