The facilities and room were just like the photos and very clean, as a bonus the hotel always smells so lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful to us. As we were foreigners from the UK, they were happy to order taxi and food delivery for us. Any problems we had or anything we needed they would help us straight away via WeChat. Location wise the hotel is about 15 mins walk from the subway which can take you into the city or you can take a taxi which is about 20 mins and costs only £2-4

Very fun to stay in the 36th floor of a building for the first time. We didn’t even know how close we were to the city center until we made our way back from a trip to the 好吃街 and the huge mall complex next to it and we found it’s only 10 minutes away! The manager was super nice as well and offered many recommendations on what to do in the city.
