Square and forbidden city (Dongsi station is the closest and easy to get around). I will stay here again when we come back to Beijing.

Quick answers with any kind of problem, booking tours or tickets... Everything you could wish for. This made my stay in Beijing extra special and easy.

The staff were exceptionally helpful when I had an accident and broke my arm. Two staff members accompanied me to a hospital and stayed until my diagnosis was completed. They then arranged a car and accompanied me back to the hotel, The front desk staff were very helpful in making arrangements with our booking agency to shorten our stay and adjust the payment.
