The hosts were so kind and helpful and went the extra mile to make sure we had a great stay at their apartment. It was very clean and had great hot water . It also had a washing machine that worked great.

Great small apartment with all the facilities you need (including a washing machine and dryer, which were essential to us). The view of the bay from the apartment was great. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. Breakfast is good. I would stay here again.

Gorgeous apartment, probably the best we’ve stayed in on our travels so far. Really cosy and warm, the host was great, let us keep our bags there when we did the w trek and had them ready in our apartment for when we came back. Kitchen had everything we needed. Really comfortable beds. Just a lovely little place to stay.

Everything was great, starting with the price Self check in was very useful and the host was ready for any question that we had and was very kind with the checkout as well The house is new and cozy, I'd recommend maximum 4 people or it might be getting crowded with one toilet only

Situated in Punta Arenas and only 1.7 km from Playa Colon, Departamentos Kitkaika features accommodation with inner courtyard views, free WiFi and free private parking. Nothing at all even barely negative. It was perfect and so was the host couple owners. They were right there to help us all day and evening. And this was a last-minute add on 2 nights to our original 1 night because the hotel we were in up north was so miserably cold with no heat, we canceled and came south. So glad we did. So much more enjoyable when you are in a nice apartment. The water is drinkable and the steam heat is thermostat controlled and keeps every room warm. Instant on gas water heater was hot and infinite. Internet and DirecTV was great.
