It is outside of town so very quiet and peaceful.

This particular one has 2 separate bedrooms, a large living room and kitchen area with a gas stove, table, refrigerator, large smart tv, and sofa. The bathroom is small but clean and has hot water. Great place just outside downtown (walking distance). Great place. The owner was extremely nice and let me keep my bags there after I checked out.
