I have no negative things to say about the apartment. Everything was perfect from the apartment itself to the view of the lake and the location that was 3 walking minutes away from the train station and about 15 walking minutes to the center of Lugano. Free parking was available. Every small and big details were thought of and provided for us. I’ll certainly come back again.

But the apartment inside are well maintained. And you have everything what you need. Stayed 2nights in August and you dont need to go anywhere else. You can relax by the pool and lake. The water in the lake was warm. So it was nice. Alessadra the host was so kind and nice. She give us a welcome Prosseco which she produced in italy. Really good. You can buy more from her. I really recommend. And the view from room 513! O so nice 🥰

I only wish we had reserved more time to stay here! Also very good instructions and tips from the friendly hosts. Highly recommended!

I really like that everything in the apartment is very well organized, it makes you feel like home as soon as you get there, because you know where everything is and what the house rules are. Parking spot is definitely a nice perk. Communication with the hosts was excelent and they provide a helpful list of places around town, so you already feel like a local when you get there :)

Both apartments are clean and comfortable. The owner is also very nice and responsive. We didn't have any problems :)

Apartment Alina, a property with a garden, is located in Lamone, 6.3 km from Exhibition Center Lugano, 12 km from Swiss Miniatur, as well as 24 km from Mendrisio Station. Alina is so kind and she drove me to the place where we had an appointment to meet a person. The apartment is very close to Lamone-Cadempino station. Also the room were large enough for us 4, and there were many toys for kids, so my daughter really enjoyed the stay. The room and facility were clean.

Boasting a fitness centre and views of city, Swiss Hotel Apartments - Lugano is a recently renovated apartment situated in Lugano, less than 1 km from Exhibition Center Lugano. The apartments are well furnished with anything you might need to stay. The place is clean and well taken care of. Everything is well explained on arrival, with clearly written and laminated documentation. Gabriele, the branch manager, was very friendly and helpful. We even received extra portable AC units due to the heatwave (on top of the built-in central AC, which was enough for most of the stay).
