Great central location to most of the touristic sites, great view from the balcony of lake Brienz and surrounding mountains including the apartment being very clean and comfortable. The host was quick to answer a couple of questions that we had while we were there. The town of Brienz is very nice to walk around at any time especially along the path near the lake..

Chemihüttli Apartments Axalp, a property with barbecue facilities, is located in Axalp, 8.2 km from Giessbachfälle, 45 km from Grindelwald Terminal, as well as 14 km from Freilichtmuseum Ballenberg. This family-owned apartment is so far the best place we ever stayed in Switzerland. The rooms are basic but clean, big spaces and a very nice view.

Set 18 km from Grindelwald Terminal and 24 km from Giessbachfälle in the centre of Interlaken, Loveroom offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. The room was well designed and impeccable. The bed was well equipped, (ahem) and comfortable. Extremely clean room and bathroom. A stocked fridge. Plenty of espresso. A kitchen, lots of towels...this place has everything you need minus a washer and dryer. Location is okay...not the best, but close to Interlaken West. Nice cafe right outside the place. If you have a lot of luggage be prepared to go up two flights of stairs..but the climb is worth it. The value on this place is incredible.
