I could not fault anything, the facilities provided were spot on, view from the balcony and windows was awesome. It was nice and clean, most importantly check in was stress free with underground parking. Its based in the center so all the shops were easily accessible by foot. The experience was very good. the hosts are very warm and welcoming, and the scenery is very beautiful, you can see snowy mountains and the lake, the room is big and clean, the bed is comfortable, and the beautiful nature made this the most comfortable part of my trip!

The host was quick to answer a couple of questions that we had while we were there. The town of Brienz is very nice to walk around at any time especially along the path near the lake..

The kitchen is equipped suffiently. We made fondue 2x and did not have a problem cooking that or breakfast every morning.
