I liked this place so much that I decided to book another week with them and stay in Floripa even though I was planning on leaving Floripa for another town. There were a lot of great design choices. The studio is very spacious more so than other studios I've been in in other cities. The bed is huge and comfy. The shower is also huge and the water was easy to adjust to the perfect temperature. The towels have good texture and are sturdy. I like the make of the toilet. The studio gets great ventilation and stays cool even when it gets very hot outside during the day. I rarely used the AC. The kitchen is nicely set up for cooking. I cooked a lot in this apartment. I like the stainless steel cookware (no toxic non-stick cookware!) and wooden cutting board. They have the same water filter that I use at home. The curtains block a good amount of light. The apartment gets a lot of natural light from the two big sliding windows. There's a sofa where I can have my suitcase opened instead of constantly opening and closing. They provide ear plugs which I haven't seen at other places. I wasn't so disturbed by any noise because other aspects of the apartment were so comfortable. The gym wifi doesn't need a password (something quite irritating I've come across at other places) and can be used in the lobby too. The checkin process was seamless and entering the building and the gym uses face recognition and that system worked perfectly.

Communication was perfect also the use / installation of the app os flow less. I could do the laundry downstairs Apartmemt is almost soundproof didnt hear anything from the neighbours. about 10 minutes walk from the beach. Having a car is needed but free parking is amazing

Beautiful new apartments in a great location in Florianópolis. The room was spacious for travelling, and facilities very clean. Breakfast was delicious and had good options. Parking is secure behind the apartments, and entry into the apartments is secure. We booked a 3 night stay originally, then rebooked another 1 night stay after our flight back into Florianópolis from Foz as we were very comfortable here.
