The property was beautiful with canopies of palm trees that make you feel like you’re in an island paradise. It was easy to lose track of time while relaxing and unwinding on the patio. Our room was perfect for our needs, and I absolutely adored having the option to cook meals (and save left-overs) in the provided kitchen. The pool was an essential feature, which we took full advantage of each day, anytime we needed a break from the heat. You might even see a few iguanas that also enjoy their stay at Casa Trankilo greet you while you take a dip. Jan and Lia were wonderful hosts, who are willing to help you with any questions you may have. Their only concern is to make sure you’re having a great, relaxing vacation. As I endure this frosty January winter in Canada, I like to look back and fondly remember when this place was considered to be my home away from home

It is located in Julio Abraham, 50 meters from the sea. There is a little beach with easy access for swimming , snorkeling and diving. Spacious, clean and simply beautiful! Towels and bed linen are available in the apartment. This apartment is allergy-free and non-smoking. This is a lovely apartment on the best property on the island. The beds are comfortable, the AC works really well (we only used it for sleeping), the kitchen is well equipped, the wifi is fast and most importantly it has a great screened in porch with a view out to the ocean. The diving and snorkelling are right on your doorstep. We would definitely stay again.
