Location is near a park and plenty of shops and restaurants and about a half hour walk to the fortress. The owners were extremely fast in responding to any inquiries and communication via WhatsApp was easy in English. They even left some welcome drinks, which meant I could have a beer upon arrival after a long day of driving.
