The hotel was more than what we expected and it had everything we needed - cozy warm room (they gave us a bigger double bedroom apartment), nice food and great attitude. The breakfast was good with many options as well as dinner. We planned on eating out a few times but ended up in the hotel's restaurant every evening. The coffee on the lobby bar is great. Each member of the staff was extremely polite throughout our stay. The shuttle option was very very useful so we didn't have to figure out how to get there. Also, big parking behind the hotel. Everything was just great!

She checked in on us regularly to make sure all of our needs were met. The accommodations were very affordable. There is a restaurant right across the street that serves very good food in a unique building. We were close to lovely hikes and also the city of Smoylan which we found very entertaining

Everyday you wake up in pradise. We thank Alex for his hospitality. He was really helpful in every way. What I like about this type of hotels is that even if there are some deficiencies, the hotel does not worry about the little costs and solve the problems. They really helped us a lot in this regard. We will stay here whenever we go there, there is no problem.
