It's top class apartment. All is new and super clean. Everything a family needs to the small details ,even dishwasher/laundry detergents. The owner renovated a penthouse to become 3 apartments. We were on apartment 3 which is the top floor (there are 15 stairs to climb). apartment 1 and 2 are the lower floor. building has a nice and small elevator. Host is super friendly, excellent English in WhatsApp. Be aware : dryer operates on the boiler switch. turn on that switch. and you have two places you should know about : a big Lesko Supermarket (in the basement of a glass building) which is just beside the Grand Torro restaurant. the apartment has a strong WiFi (access point located in the parents bedroom : 480Mbps download 370Mbps upload. every room has an Android TV (you need to install your own streaming app). heating/cooling is based on A/C but it does a great job due to good windows isolation. if you want ambient light in the hallway lanterns in the hallway: bring your own AA batteries.

The apartment was way bigger than expected, impeccibly clean, in a perfect location that is just minutes from the shopping district, restaurants, and old Town, yet quiet and away from the noise. The beds were comfy with warm bedding, rooms were stylish, smelled nice, everything was well stocked and new. There are new smart tvs in two of the three rooms. Also, three bathrooms are all with showers. Three balconies on each side of building. The hosts were very kind, helpful, and ensured we were all set up before leaving us. There is so much to do in this area. We even extended our stay a few days since we loved it so much! We visited the Science museum, Youth Hill, Red Army Monument, Tsar Garden, Singing Fountains, Ancient Phillopolis Theater, and Stadium, Old Town, shopping malls and more. We brought a car, but everything is accessible by foot, so we kept it parked in the free designated spot 1 min away with the apartment booking. We will surely come again if in the area.

Smeštajni objekat Студио Top City Center se nalazi u centru grada Plovdiv, na 2 km od znamenitosti Međunarodni sajam Plovdiv i 9 min. hoda od znamenitosti Rimsko pozorište Plovdiv. The location is excellent, hidden away from the noise and crowds, yet very central and close to all the venues. Checking in and out were seamless and the host was very responsive at all times. The room itself surpassed our exceptions, it was super clean and spacious enough for two. The kitchenette was basic, as described in the posting, and offered a microwave and a fridge. We didn't put them to use but it was handy having the option. What we have to praise is the bed - a nice, strong, and large mattress, just what you need for a good night of rest. When nights got colder, AC came to our rescue and we didn't feel the temperature drop. Lastly, the house itself is very beautiful, tucked in at the bottom of the street, near a park and some beautiful murals. We would return here in a heartbeat! :)

The location is at the old town and approximately 1km from Kapana (the owner can correct). The parking is bit tricky but for sure I would go back again.
