The cleanliness in the facility is spectacular. The rooms, pool, yard are cleaned daily and in detail. The pool is very nice and incredibly clean. The building, furniture, appliances are all brand new. Washing and drying machine is big plus. The staff is very friendly, especially the manager who is very kind. On the outside right next to the hotel there are supermarkets, fast food, restaurants, an amusement park stores... The beach in Ravda is very close. The beach in Nessebar is 4 minutes by car (there is a large free parking lot on the beach). Center of Nessebar by car 7 minutes.

Wow this place exceeded our expectations, the host let us check in 2 hours early, was friendly and poliet, happy to answer any questions we had. Upon entering the apartment we was amazing at just how big it was, the one we was in had 3 small balconies, giving us views from all angles, the best being we could see the sea from sitting on the toilet, it was very well equipped and clean, for the price it was amazing and would definitely return with my kids next time

I didn't know what would await me when I arrive, since the place wasn't listed as "Apartman Ivaylo" on Google maps. But as soon as I arrived and took the key out of the keysafe, that feeling completely changed. A very exclusive and pleasant apartment with a spacious terrace, chilled beer, a bottle of wine and soft drinks in the fridge, fruits in a basket. I would say a perfect reception. The kitchen was fully equipped and there was even food in case of need. The beds are comfortable. The living room has a smart TV, broadband Internet, and a wonderful view of the sea. In case of bad weather, even the gym on the ground floor can be used free of charge. Despite the season, parking was possible, the beach is a 2-3 minute walk away. The neighborhood is quiet, but there are many restaurants within a few hundred meters. The airport is very close. If you arrive by plane from the airport, the apartment can be reached on foot in 20-25 minutes. Despite this, you can't hear the planes taking off and landing at all. The communication with the owner is smooth, if we had any questions, it was answered immediately. The price/value ratio was also very good, it is possible that we will visit the place again. :)

Amazing place, with a beautiful view over the sea. The apartment was spacious, clean and giving a home feeling, with a well equipped kitchenette.Our host is an amazing person, always there to help and greet you with a smile. She helped us tremendously and we are really grateful to her. We highly recommend Stefaniya apartments, it is a great location next to supermarket (1km) and only 10-minute drive to the old town. We will be definitely going back.

We had a family vacation for ten days in September 2022 in an apartment with a terrace! Booked two apartments. I liked it very much! The apartments are large, two-room, with huge panoramic windows and a magnificent panoramic view of the bay, a huge terrace with sun bed and a table where we spent every evening! The apartments have everything you need for self-catering, a set of dishes, cutlery, glasses! It was very nice that upon arrival they gave a bottle of wine to each apartment, we arrived late, so this surprise was very useful to relax after a long journey! The staff are friendly, attentive and speak good English! At the first request responds to any wishes and comments! Special thanks to them for this! The apartments themselves are located on the beautiful Luxury Dolphin Beach, the beach is clean and well equipped, incredibly comfortable sun bed, umbrellas, changing cabins, outdoor shower, toilet, wooden walkways on the beach, which is very convenient when the sand is hot! There is a bar and a good restaurant on the beach where you can have breakfast or lunch within walking distance from the sun bed! I want to note that the prices in this restaurant do not differ from other cafes and restaurants of a similar plan in Sunny Beach, and the service and range of dishes in this beach restaurant are much higher! The beach itself is sandy, shallow in the coastal zone, but if you move away, then the real depth, which is rare on a Sunny beach! The beach is cleaned from algae, a lifeguard is working on the beach! We travel a lot and visited an incredible number of resorts, and when we went here we did not expect something supernatural, but the way the vacation went was beyond praise! Many thanks to the owners and staff of the Martys beachfront apartments for dispelling the myths about a boring and unatmospheric holiday in Bulgaria! We got a lot of pleasure and comfort! We will definitely return! Well done guys, keep it up! You are cool!
