Very nice spa, warm pool and baby pool with bubbles area. Spacious villa with a fire place. Pine forest near the hotel and very calm area.

Amazing apartment and location, away from the main steet, clean fresh air from the forest close by. Spa building is also 2 minutes away. Cleanest accomodation I have ever visited. There are 2 smart TVs, one in each room and you also get instant unlimited hot water from centra gasl water heating, no individual electric boilers in each apartment that take forever to make hot water(common bansko problem) another huge bonus are the long windows courtains, they actually block sunlight and you can sleep in after a long night without problems. The host is an amazing guy, we had some trouble on the road and arrived very late, he insisted on putting an alarm and waking up just to help us accomodate, he's very nice and someone you can depend on, he really cares about your wellbeing and wants to be told about any issue you might have so can he fix it or help in any way possible. You can't go wrong with this place.

The apartment is truly wonderful - spacious, warm, sunny, spotlessly clean, and perfectly equipped with everything you might need. The beds are very comfortable and the view from the kitchen and one of the bedrooms is fantastic. You really feel at home and not wanting to leave! The location is very good, quiet, with free private parking right in front the building, plus, if you prefer, free underground garage! There is an elevator from the ground and underground floor. But what leaves you totally amazed is the unbelievable attitude of the lady host - from her sincere friendly communication willing to fulfill all our needs, through the absolute attention to all details, to even the welcoming gifts. Honestly, you do not encounter such behaviour and attitude at every place! Simply, you totally feel welcome! Deep and enormous gratitude and respect for everything!

Совршен домаќин. Комотно и целосно опремено студио. Супер локација и прекрасно опкружување. Одлична понуда за цената на чинење. Имавме многу пријатен престој. Го препорачувам. Perfect host. Cosy and fully equipped studio. Great location and wonderfull surrounding. Great offer for the cost. We had a very pleasantt stay. I reccomend it.

Zaista poseduje sve za boravak. Čisto je i uredno. Domaćica je ljubazna, brižna i gostoprimljiva. Lokacija je odlična. Parking je na 10m(5 euro/dan). Preporučujem ovaj smeštaj.

You have everything you need and much more. The lady owner speaks fluent English and she is so kind and nice. This was one of the best apartments we stayed in Bulgaria, in the city center with private free parking. We couldn’t ask for more.
