Located just 400 metres from Bayahibe Beach, Paraíso Bayahibe offers accommodation in Bayahibe with access to a garden, a bar, as well as full-day security. The receptionist Kiara was very friendly, she spoke excellent English and made us feel very welcome during our stay. The pool area was lovely not loads of sun loungers but it wasn’t a problem. The rooms were very basic but had everything we needed even a water fountain which we thought was amazing! The room was big but did smell a little fusty but once we opened the window and put the A/C on it went away. If you want your room cleaning you just ask at reception this wasn’t a problem at all for us. You get a bath towel and a beach towel. It was on the main road into Bayahibe so the location was great. A little pizza place and shop 2 mins away and the Main Street which you could walk down and be at the beach/harbour in 5/10 mins. As 2 girls travelling we felt safe and I would definitely stay here again it was a great start to our holiday.

I padroni di casa sono gentili, accoglienti e disponibili. La stanza è grande e molto pulita. La struttura bella e caratteristica. La signora Lily è stata veramente premurosa, si è fermata a chiacchierare con noi ed ha avuto tantissima pazienza nel rispondere a tutte le nostre domande. La colazione non è inclusa, ma vi consiglio di provare quella tipica giamaicana che la Sig.ra prepara, è buonissima e fatta con tutti i frutti degli alberi della casa (oltre ad altre cose). La posizione è stupenda, vista oceano, contornata da alberi, però non è al centro. Per raggiungerla bisogna avere la macchina o prendere uno dei milioni di taxi che si trovano ovunque (non è un problema, ma è bene saperlo prima di prenotare).

Host was extremely welcoming. Jorge even took me to a local restaurant so I could have lunch and even picked me when I was done. Amazing gesture!

Rustic House Punta Rucia features a terrace and is located in Punta Rucia, within just a few steps of Punta Rucia Beach and 2 km of Ensenada Beach. Rustic House is located in the centre of Punta Rucia. Very large living areas with bathroom and kitchen. in our apartment could stay at least 8 to 12 people. Nothing was missing. Everything was very clean and also very quiet. The staff was always very helpful and hardworking. The kindness of everyone working there was amazing. Breakfast was prepared every day with love. The owner, Robert, is a real buddy type. Very helpful, with very good English. We spent 5 days there, and would recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone. If we should come back to Punta rucia at some point, then there is only one choice. At robert you can also book a boat trip to the small Cayo Arena, which we can highly recommend. The price performance ratio is absolutely in line here. Many greetings go to Robert, Nori, Kathrin, Tito (El Capitano) Alexander, and the whole team from the Rustic House. Finally, a small recommendation from us for dinner. A little a minute from the hotel is the cozy restaurant with the names,,damaris,, there you can eat very cheap and very good.
