It is closely located to the center, so I walked to the center without any problems. Communicating with the host was very easy and everything was well organised and clean.

They seem to have good kitchen supplies which we didn't really take advantage of. The washing machine seemed to be out of service. They have 2 TV screens and the internet works perfectly. They have a roll down screen to separate the bed and the living room space which we kept up because we stayed with our son who slept on the sofa that turns into a bed, which was quite a comfy and big sofa. Temperature control was easy. Comfortable, and what we liked a lot was the location was very conveniently located in a safe neighborhood. We could walk to the city center and also to the park where the teleferico cable car starts.

The studio is small, but nicely laid out and decorated. It’s a brand new building and is locked. There is a code to get inside. The garage is at a lower level and we needed to take the car elevator to park the car.

Overall the house is great , new building and everything is new, clean and in good condition, loved the location, beautiful surrounding, it’s the house inside the country club, quiet and very nature, only 10 mins drives to town. Great space with 1 bedroom to relax. The kitchen has utensils for us to cook. Big flat smart TV with Netflix. It’s very relaxing to eat in the living room and surrounding with all the tree and birds. The owner is very friendly!
