Comfortable condo and well supplied kitchen, everything needed. Adrian is a wonderful and welcoming host, and gave me a lot of helpful tourist information. A small detail but very telling about his kindness and generosity: this was the only place I stayed at in South America in which the host waited for the guest with milk in the fridge. (I stayed in over a dozen different places, about 8 of them in Argentina).

Conveniently set in the centre of Mendoza, Ayres home VIP MODERNO SOLO ADULTOS CENTRICO provides free WiFi, a garden and free private parking for guests who drive. We loved absolutely everything and would rate this apartment more than a 10! It is absolutely the best apartment I have ever stayed at. Fernando and Patricia gave us a very warm welcome, everything was impeccable, from the great shower to the towels, the comfortable beds, the great balcony, the laundry, the cleanliness of the entire place. Last but not least, we found flowers on the table and they also left us delicious coffee and biscuits to enjoy. They provided all kind of information and were willing to help us in any way possible. The neighbourhood is quiet and within walking distance from the centre, restaurants and shops. We did not use the parking but it is undercover, spacious and safe. I will definitely go back during my next visit to Mendoza. Thank you to you both, you truly are outstanding hosts!

The place is cozy, and the Itala, the owner is such a great host. The facilities are awesome. You can spend a couple of days or an entire week without problems. Is in the middle if town but the street is super quiet. You will find everything around.
