Featuring a garden and views of sea, Flors Apartments is a recently renovated apartment set in Durrës, a few steps from Durres Beach. Apparment is an excellent choice for families with small children. It is spacy and very few things a kid could get injured by or brake. Balcony is walled, not fenced, so you can let children run around and not vory. Also, in other adriatic countries for the same price you would get a tiny apartment at least 10 minutes from the beach, so its an excellent value for the price.

The apartment was very comfortable and clean, with everything you need. Milla, the owner, was really kind and helpful. He lives right next door, so whatever you need he can help you in a few minutes. I highly recommend this place if you go to Dürres and want to have a cozy home for a few days.

The view was spectacular. The beach was literally under our nose. I was so happy that we had a bidee. The bed was big and comfy. The kitchen was dotated with all the necessary. You are so neer to bars and restaurants. Near the main street and still quiet in the night in order to get a good sleep. Denis the host helped us with the luggage and it is the sweetest man, available for you if there are questions you may have. Once again, thank you for this beautiful experience.

This is a fantastic apartment - modern, spotless and very close to the beach. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafes in the neighbourhood. But what makes it so special is Ilva's outstanding level of service, attention and care for her guests. We booked very last minute after a bad experience with another booking, and finding Phi Apartments was like a godsend. Ilva was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
