She went the extra mile to setup a turn down for our first night as a married couple, which my wife was very impressed by and found to be very romantic. It was a perfect stay. The Kids enjoyed Aquadome, The Zoo and The Game Drive. The accommodation was neat and clean. Everything needed for the self catering accommodation was provided for.
We did enjoy our stay at House and Heart. The staff was friendly and the place was quiet and allowed us to enjoy our stay. Although it was a short stay, it was a good one.
I liked that that the apartment was very homey, the place is beautiful especially as the sun sets, and it's child friendly with a lot of activities to do with the kids nearby. The kids loved it. It is a great place to get away from the city noise. The host and caretaker were very friendly.
