Everything the room was big , the kitchen was very nice and the bathroom was also big.
I liked the fact that they even have the ironing board and iron in the room. You don't have to go and ask for it.

The pictures advertised are not a true reflection of self catering rooms, they used hotel rooms pictures, the facilities is not properly maintained, cupboards broken, furniture chipped, I asked for a refund since last week Thursday because I refused to sleep in that condition, I was promised the office Will call me the next day for refund, it's already 7 days now no refunds and the office is not responding to my y emails and not answering my calls, I still want my money back
Bayside is a beautiful place however I have two concerns ,there was no electricity from 4am and it was at night and the entire apartment has no generator or ups ,I was sitting in the dark because no one told me that I should bring my own lights ,during loading shedding it’s completely dark no lights ,no backup system which is comprising our safety
