This is the perfect venue for a breakaway. It was clean and neat and contained the necessary appliances and crockery. Our host, Reinet, went out of her way to assist when we had car problems. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful garden, beautiful hosts, very safe and pet friendly. Had a lovely stay in the beautiful town of nieu bethesda.
For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
We stayed here a few years ago and while the property was nice with a good location, the work that has been done since really elevated it. The house has been sympathetically revived with lovely linens, karoo touches and a truly homely back verandah. Exceptionally comfortable beds for a rental. Strongly recommend.
Furrows Lodge is a beautiful and well equipped place in Nieu Bethesda. We only stayed for the night, but we definitely would like to come back and spend a few days here to rest and unwind. Such a tranquil and peaceful place and the garden is lovely. I just love the decor and the drama in the rooms, something different. We loved our short stay!
What a exceptionally wander full Karoo experience. We had a extraordinary stay in this well equipped and looked after self catering gem. From the luxury toiletries to the white crisp linen and towels. The hosts went out of their way to make us feel at home as we only booked in after 22:00. We will definately stay over again, and recommend all our friends to also make Living Waters there destination of choice in Nieu Bethesda. We really appreciated the cleanliness and atention to detail.
The country feel and sounds of birds and animals were amazing in the mornings as the accommodation is perfectly situated in the middle of the valley. We felt very safe and the flatlet has its own garden area with 4 chair garden table next to a built in braai. The parking.area is right next to the accommodation all behind a sliding gate. They have two beautiful and very friendly dogs that love to say hello when they see you. A very peaceful experience.
We had a short, but very enjoyable stay at Aandster. The house was clean, had all the necessities for self catering and our host was communicative and very friendly. The fireplace was a lifesaver for the cold winter night, and there were electric blankets and heaters - what a bonus! There is a charming little garden too.
We enjoyed the friendliness and helpfullness of Tanja(arranged by the hist) who assisted us when arriving there. The apartment was a rustic surprise right in what we enjoy when sleeping elsewhere.
Loved the interior and the original barn conversion to a comfortable and unique cottage for two. Great loft bedroom with views of the horses. Centrally located with everything one might need.
The hostess was warm and friendly, called me by my name when we arrived and took us to the apartment on the warmer side of the house (east). She entertained us with coffee and biscuits at arrival and provided a map of all the important places in Nieu Bethesda.
