On getting to the property we had booked for the dates 16th - 17th December there was a foul smell in the entire apartment which came from the molding fridge , there were dirty dishes that where left in the sink, the bed which was slept in and was not made up, in an attempt to remedy the situation we could not reach the contact person. we had to sleep in the parking lot. have asked for a refund from bookings.com still waiting for a response from help center
