The staff . I got there after 8pm and kitchen was already closed . The ladies worked something out for me to eat . In the morning my apartment did not have hot water and the ladies once again ran around to assist me .my experience was not the greatest, not having hot water in a zero degrees Celsius winter morning is just not acceptable but customer experience trumps everything in my books and the ladies were exceptional.The room was comfortable.
The friendly staff and clean apartment were just very satisfying, the lay out of the apartment was just right to meet our needs. Ooooo and the breakfast was just fabulous.
The place is a brothel I am disappointed that booking.com is allowing brothels to list in their platform. There was condoms at the bedside and place smells very bad.
The apartment was very clean. It is quite. It is a nice place to stay even your family. Very big kitchen equipped with everything you need. Back up when there is loadshedding.
Loved the villa it was clean and had every thing one would need for self catering facilities. There was back up generators but seems they don't run at certain times.
