The apartment is very well appointed and very well kept. Arrival and getting in went extremely smoothly, as I had been sent clear instructions. The shower is fantastic - easily regulatable, plentiful hot water at a good pressure - 10/10!
The Old Mushroom Farm is lovely, the design of the units is great and different, our loft was comfortable and warm. We loved that there were the shops around and the food garden. The breakfast was excellent.
Judy was a lovely host, and the accommodation she offers is extremely comfortable, beautifully appointed, and ticks all the boxes required for a short stay. I stayed for 5 days while visiting my mother at the Ambers Care Center,and it would definitely be my go-to place should I need accommodation in Howick again. I had my main meal at lunchtime, so fortunately I didn't need to prepare much in the evening, but a welcome addition for me personally would've been a coffee plunger, otherwise everything else was perfect. Thank you Judy
We only slept over, no breakfast was required. The cottage was clean and neat and perfect for our one night stay. I would return to Green Lantern for future short stays
The Loft was beautiful honestly exceeded our expectations. Loved it a lot.
The muffins in the morning were also great.
The electric blankets were such a good addition as it was really cold.
