The place was home away from home. My apartment had everything. The area is very cold in Winter but there was a heater and an electric blanket. The host went an extra mile and provided tea, coffee, fruit, yoghurt and delicious biscuits. Highly recommended and will definetely be back.
I asked for a quiet room and the manager very kindly accommodated my request. The room was modern, clean and incredibly quiet and peaceful. The bed linen and towels were wonderfully clean. The facilities are perfect for self catering. The view was stunning! I will definitely stay here again for all future trips to the Midlands.
The staff were friendly and very helpful, they even notified us when one of the kids left something behind after we had checked out. The apartment was spacious.
Beautiful chalet with everything we could ask for. Very helpful and friendly staff made our short stay a pleasure. Most comfortable beds I can remember. Will definitely stay there again. Hopefully for longer next time!
