The layout of the unit is well thought out and very convenient. Parking for large cars with trailer was accommodated. Extra attention for our traveling pet, with water ready on his arrival. Lovely garden for him to run around in. Advice on restuarants in the town.

The amazing remoteness of the cabin. Amazingly quiet at night. Full star sky to sit and look at as the stars crawl over.
The exceptional cleanliness of the room and the helpfully and friendly staff makes the extra 40min drive past Colesburg worth it.

Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
Very comfortable apartment within walking distance of a couple of restaurants. Electric blankets, aircon in both rooms as well as heaters in the bathrooms made an extremely cold Karoo evening bearable. Lock-up garage for our car.
The location was lovely and quiet, the room was spotlessly clean and the shower was excellent. The hostess was kind and helpful and we really enjoyed chatting to her. We also appreciated the fact that there was a secure lock-up garage within the grounds for our rental car.
