My wife and I have stayed in Colchester a few times and Settle Inn certainly rates as one of the best we have visited. We love the proximity to Addo as that was the reason we visited. The safety and quiet are also two outstanding features. The apartment itself is outstanding and there was not a thing we were unhappy with.

Very good location not only for Addo, but Colchester also offers all sorts of other activities. Apartment itself super clean, breakfast very good and everyone very friendly and helpful.
The apartment is small and very functional, equipped nicely with IKEA style furniture. Super comfortable bed, small open bathroom. There is no one on site to hand over the key but Bianca is quick and efficient. Very close to Addo South gate.
We had an awesome time at Settle Inn. Location is perfect for Addo, 5 minutes away from the South Gate. The apartment is spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, everything is comfy (bed, couch, lounge chair), the kitchen is probably better equipped than my kitchen at home and the bathroom & shower are super nice too. Strong wifi & Netflix is a plus. Could have easily stayed here much longer! The owner was super nice too and even pumped our tire when we had a flat. We could not have imagined a better stay. Highly recommended!
