The house is located on a quiet street in the center of Girne, close to the marina. The owner lives in a separate apartment on the top floor of the apartment building. When we arrived, we contacted the owner, he delivered the key to the apartment, we checked in early as there was no accommodation before us, thank you to him.
The outside door of the apartment we stayed in opened directly onto the street. There is free parking on the street. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom with everything you might need. Wi-fi is very good.
In general, we were satisfied, we will prefer when we come again.

Within walking distance of beach and some shops including a supermarket and a restaurant/takeaway. Handy for local public transport. The manager was there waiting for us and was responsive and helpful when we contacted her regarding a few issues which were immediately resolved.
The apartment is bright and cozy. We work remotely via the Internet, so it was important to have a comfortable workplace, besides the window has a view of the sea. The location is very good, near a supermarket and many small streets where we walked along the Lapta and in the mountains. There is also a sea nearby.
The 3-minute walk to the beach was a fantastic perk, providing endless moments of seaside bliss. The nature view from the flat was awe-inspiring, creating a tranquil ambiance.
Nice, clean, spacious apartment with handy shared pool. Geat location close to shop, bars and restaurants (five minute walk) as we as Lapta Boardwalk. Very quiet and peaceful.
