This is excellent- the best two days I’ve ever had traveling. You can even contact and book with her on Instagram. She is an amazing lady with an amazing family. You get to be part of the village. The trekking is real, through the rice fields, water falls and tribes. We did 3 separate roots over the 3 days. I can’t say more good things about this place, so much food and happy water. We attended a celebration in the village and were welcomed into a different home for drinks and on another day there was a smaller number of guests and we were brought after dinner to her brothers house were all the cousins were drinking. You see real life and from the start there is trekking! Aa the road to the home is only walkable adding more to the adventure! Thank you so much to all her extended kind family it made out trip so much better!

Quiet neighbourhood in Sapa. Nice outlook when the clouds clear. The house was spacious more so than the pictures suggest. It's clean comfortable and modern. The host was very accommodating and helpful, we appreciate the hospitality. Easy communication via whatsapp during the stay. It's a couple of km from the city centre which we liked, as the city centre is hectic, but you may need to rely on transport in and out of town centre. Motorbike or taxi etc.

Ma Si's homestay was an amazing experience. The homestay is spotless, and located in Ta Phin village which is perfect if you want a more local experience away from the big backpacker vibe of Sapa Town. The homestay is also only a 15-20 min walk away from the awesome herbal baths which are a godsend after a big day of trekking.
Ma Si is an amazing host, she's so warm and welcoming, a fantastic cook, and a great guide. If you want to (which we did), she'll accompany you trekking and take you on a motorbike tour of the broader area. Her family is also super welcoming and lovely.
Again, really highly recommend. Also not sure about what one reviewer was writing, Ma Si provides you with towels, toothbrushes and toothpaste, and gave us extra blankets to ensure we were warm (it gets chilly in winter).

We had a beautiful and comfortable stay. The amenities was enjoyable ad it was very clean. The host was very helpful with suggestion tour, transportation during our time in Sapa.
The location is very quite and peacefully. It is not too far from Sapa Centre. It takes us 10 minutes to walk to Sapa Market. Also, very near the less touristy village of Suoi HO and Ma Ta Village

The room was large and spacious, good shower, clean. The room has everything you need and there was a perfect view from the room. Walking distance from anywhere in Sapa. The manager of the place is a charming man, he took care of everything for us, and he made sure we were comfortable and well and you can see that he really cares about his lovely place. We really enjoyed our short stay. We really recommend this place. Could not ask for a better experience.
Our stay here was great! There's always someone at the lobby greeting us whenever we leave or return for the day.

This stay was absolutely beautiful! The view and landscape was impeccable. Our apartment style space was perfect for a group of friends. The beds were comfy and the place was overall very clean. The staff was incredibly helpful with organizing rides and activities. I would absolutely recommend booking trekking with this hotel. Our guide was fabulous, knowledgeable and so funny. The hotel restaurant was also very good with so many options.
Our experience at this homestay in Sapa was nothing short of amazing. The rooms were clean, spacious, and equipped with modern amenities such as air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. We would definitely return to this homestay.

We loved the Hang the reception staff. She was amazing. Very helpful in making us feel comfortable and making the most of our stay in Sapa.
We arrived at 6am on a sleeper bus and weren’t due to check in until 2pm. Hang got us in our room ready at 8:30am! She is incredible. She organised the cheapest bike rental in Sapa for us and was helpful with late check out. We have already booked another stay here
Perfect for a short stay. You can reach all attractions by walking,, like Cat Cat, cable car station to Fansipan or of course the centre. An exceptionally friendly staff made the stay as pleasant as can be. Especially Thu cared about everything: Planning trips, booking tickets, washing and drying shoes, room service etc.
Hoa's is the loveliest host and makes sure everybody feels super welcome and like family. Meals were delicious, and the views were stunning! Rooms are simple but perfect for a short stay. Bike rental and taxi service available too.
