The properly is perfectly located either a 15 minute bike ride from the main strip or a five minute drive with a beautiful view overlooking the countryside and Rice fields. amazing food prepared fresh . in total we stayed three weeks in Vietnam and this by far was our favourite place. We booked tours directly through the hotel and had amazing experiences. Highly recommend the bike ride in the countryside for anyone looking to engage with the locals and get a taste of local village life.

The place was new, modern and very clean. Security gates at the street and the porperty was set back so it felt very safe. The staff(family) were courtesy and beyond helpful taking care of all my needs. They allowed me to check in at 6am after getting off an overnight bus and I am very grateful to them for that.

A great budget option. When our family of four arrived, we asked for an additional bed, and they graciously helped out. The host can also help you with arranging tours in the national park, they were able to help us arrange transportation to the coast and the train, and the room was comfortable and cozy. You’re a bit far away from the restaurants and shops of downtown, but we did not mind the walk. Still, you feel a bit far away from things, if you are looking to be more central.
For travelers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
We had lovely bungalow, that was clean and bright. The family were friendly and a couple of them spoke good English. They spoke to us about tours but they were not pushy, and helped us find our own way, including scooter rental. Pool was great, beds comfortable, shower was good and hot.
I enjoyed my stay here! comfy beds, big room, cheap rentals on scooters. Phong nha is beautiful once you get out of the small town. Food at the restaurant was great and well priced and they run happy hours on different drinks all night.
The Hotel was perfect for a short stay in Phong Nha. Amazing staff, Nhi was so friendly and a great host. It was very clean and the breakfast was great too. She also helped us book a tour to phong nha cave and the duck stop which was amazing and super easy.
It was very handy location. Central. Good motorbike rental and good advice for local area. Let us check in very late (3am due to bus delays) woke up to let us in.

The family are so lovely and really do look after you, they really helped us out during our short stay, wished we could have stayed longer! It was very kind of them to take us to our bus on their mopeds when we left.
The pool is really nice and the rooms are very clean and cosy.

Amazing penthouse property with a hot tub inside the apartment. Well equipped, lovely rooms, comfy beds. The staff were also really helpful for organising scooters, taxis, bikes for the day. We would definitely return.
Tam and his family were amazing hosts, even picking us up in the middle of the night when we arrived off the bus, letting us check into our room early, and then booking our onward travel for us with a pickup direct from the homestay. Our room was perfectly clean and comfortable and the banana pancakes for breakfast might be my favourite banana pancakes ever! Tam also arranged a motorbike rental for us, recommended restaurants nearby, and helped us plan our activities during our stay 😊
